Our Return Policy
Returnable Items
Returnable items can be returned within 30 days of receiving a shipment. Returns must be completed by mail. Step-by-step instructions on how to return an item can be found here.
When shipping a return by mail, please follow these guidelines:
Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. If you have chosen a refund, it will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note we cannot refund shipping charges.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please contact us by filling out this form.
Refund Timelines
Angela Horton will begin processing your return as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email letting you know that we’ve received your return.
Once accepted and processed, you will see your merchandise credit appear on your Angela Horton account within 2-3 business days. If you opted for a refund to the original form of payment (less the shipping fee), you will see your refund in 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Where we issue a refund and subsequently determine at our discretion that your return did not comply with our return policy and/or was the result of fraud, we reserve the right to recharge your payment method on file for the merchandise.
Gift Returns
If you received an item from Angela Horton as a gift, and are dissatisfied, you may return the item for Merchandise Credit. Please contact our Customer Service via this form.
Please have your gift receipt or pack slip ready, which lists your order number or shipment ID.
